What to expect What to expect

Classes will begin with a warm up and stretching. Lessons will consist of patterns, line work, pad work and sparring. This is geared to grade and ability - don't worry you won't be thrown in at the deep end! All grades train together - don't be put off by this as senior grades are a valuable source of knowledge and will be on hand to help. The club has a friendly atmosphere and no one will make you feel stupid - just remember even the black belts were beginners once!

Am I fit enough?

YES!! You will not be expected to push yourself beyond your capability and with regular training you will notice your fitness levels increase.

What to bring

Your first lesson will be FREE!. All you need to bring is a pair of loose tracksuit bottoms a T-shirt and a drink - try to avoid fizzy drinks - water is best.
